As a police dispatcher, I maintain a structured schedule that allows me to provide reliable care. On my days off (3–4 days per week), I am available for potty breaks every 1–2 hours. During my workdays, I can offer bathroom breaks approximately every 6 hours while on shift, and then every 1–2 hours once I am home in the evenings and overnight.
