Crystal is absolutely amazing! She treated my dog like it was her own. She is a great communicator and was flexible with my schedule changes. I would recommend Crystal to watch anyone’s dog!

Crystal was so kind and so good to my fur babies and my home. She went above and beyond making sure my pups were comfortable and happy. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to ease my nerves and introduce myself and my pups to having a dog sitter!

I know my dog is in great hands when I book with Crystal. Our travel plans were changing and she was flexible and understanding, I’m beyond grateful. She always takes great care of our dog and our house, I can’t recommend her enough.

We would unfortunately not book with Crystal again. We booked her for a two week stay in our home with our dog, as we were traveling from Virginia to Alaska for a cruise. Eight days before we were leaving, our first sitter booking canceled due to a death in the family. We found Crystal after that, and I explained how stressed we were having to find someone last minute. This was the first time using a house sitter, and she assured us she could stay with our dog for the entirety of our trip. Crystal communicated well the first week and sent us pictures. Seven days in to the booking she texted that she had to leave unexpectedly to travel to Florida for a funeral. She offered to ask her parents to watch our dog or she would find another sitter through Rover, but we did not feel comfortable having strangers at our house that we weren't able to screen first. This made for a stressful few days of organizing alternative care on our vacation. We contacted a boarder we have used previously, and arranged for our dog to stay at her home. Crystal does not drive so I had to pay the boarder to come pick him up from our house. The morning of pick up our border relayed Crystal had not fed or given our dog his AM meds and she was not very communicative for the pick up. Our dog was passed off and Crystal left our home. I'm not sure we would use Rover again after this experience, having two sitters cancel like this short notice was very stressful.

Crystal was friendly and communicated wonderfully! She took great care of my senior dog and crazy cat! I would recommend her to anyone needing pet sitting!
