Courtney is a caring and responsible person, whose love for animals has a proven track record. She has cared for my own animals; going above and beyond what was required and providing my dogs with their favorite “auntie.” She has always been respectful of our wishes and our home, while providing a great experience to our pets. She has clearly worked in customer service - she is always kind and respectful while ensuring she understands expectations and communicates clearly. 10/10 would recommend.
