Moving to Cornwall on my own has made me very independent, but also very flexible. Which means pet care fits easily into my day to day routine. I have a few small jobs that I can schedule around the dog sitting, so I'm able to give pets plenty of time and attention. I thrive on having a routine and living an active, healthy lifestyle.

With my active lifestyle, i genuinely enjoy walks, runs, and spending time outdoors, so keeping dogs happy and exercised comes naturally to me. When I'm caring for pets in their own home, I'm always respectful, tidy and minimal, making sure everything is kept just as the owners expect.

I’m not a professional dog trainer or medically trained, so owners should not expect specialised training or medical care. Dogs must be comfortable being left alone for short periods if I have a work shift. I’m happy to care for dogs with specific routines or requirements — I just ask that everything is clearly communicated in advance, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, behaviour quirks, and any rules around the home.
A typical day
My days usually start early with feeding and a long walk. I love being outdoors, especially the beach, so dogs often enjoy long walks, playtime, or games like fetch, which I find are great for burning energy. Depending on the day, I may go to work, surf, or the gym. Afternoons usually include more walks, playtime, and exercise, and I like to keep things varied rather than repetitive (unless a dog prefers a strict routine). Evenings are calmer, still plenty of fetch and walks with feeding, relaxed time indoors, and company to help dogs settle.

Corben was great, arranged a visit before hand to meet the us and the dogs. He has a super chilled and calm aura about him which was exactly what we needed for our old grumpy dogs, they instantly seemed at ease around him so we felt really comfortable leaving them. Communication was great throughout the three days he stayed with them, we recieved regular updates and pictures. The house was left tidy and clean. Highly recommend , would definitely book a sitting with Corben again.
Corben was fantastic, he was really helpful during booking, then did a great job looking after our puppy. It was the first time we have left him so we really appreciated the frequent updates and photos about how he was getting on. Thank you!!
Corben is an amazing dog walker and would recommend him to anyone! He’s friendly, reliable and most of all so kind. Our dogs always come home happy and tired! Great communication-he kept us up to date with times, regular photos and videos on their walks, we know they are in good hands and never have to worry.
Corben was an absolute phenomenal sitter for my dog and cats. He has a natural ability to warm towards all animals of all breeds. It was like having a young David Attenborough care for our previous babies. He trained our dog to do things we couldn't imagine. The cats were so relaxed and appeared in the photos they wanted to be around him all the time. They loved being fussed, picked up and cuddled. He provided excellent daily communication. The house was cleaner than when we left it. He watered the garden. I could not recommend Corben anymore. Corben is exceptional. Our dog and cats are already missing him. Thank you Corben.
