Hello! There is nothing I love more than spending time with animals. In fact, my dream is to own an animal sanctuary. Right now, I am working as a naturalist elementary school outdoor education teacher, but hanging with kids is no substitute for hanging with animals. I have been working professionally with dogs and cats for over two years, previously working with a dog sitting org alongside rover, which led me to be first aid certified for pets. I am gentle (but firm when necessary), kind, and patient, and I will care for your furry friend as if they were my own. I have had experience caring for animals from age puppy to elderly, including dogs who are sick and require constant attention and regular medication. (My family's dog has seizures). I understand each and every dog has their own special needs and wants, and I will try my best to get to know those and ensure they have a great time, whether it's only for a short walk or a whole night. My home is smoke free and plant based, and I have a fenced yard with shade and a park just a 10 minute walk away. If you'd like I can take your buddies to the dog beach, on a hike, or just a head-out-the-window ride in the car (:

Pets in my home receive constant cuddles and attention! We will do whatever activities they need to be happy, whether that be stimulating treat puzzles, watching tv on the couch, or a nice long hike/walk.

Colette was wonderful. We were in San Dimas in our RV for the Rose Parade and used her for five different walks during our activities. She came and met with us (there was a group) prior to the first walk so we’d feel more comfortable. The summaries and pictures she sent us after each walk were great. Colette faithfully reported how Mazzie acted, how far they walked, and Mazzie’s potty activity while they were walking. She also sent pictures. Mazzie was really shy at first and Colette sat on the floor and sang to her to calm her down. It worked. I would use Colette again in a heartbeat, and recommend her highly.

Programa
I get out of work early each day, and love to spend the rest of my daylight hours with animals (my two guinea pigs are amazing, but I love meeting new dogs and cats too, haha). On weekends, I can spend time even more time with your furry friends!
