Hello, my name is Connie and I am an experienced cat sitter. I have recently relocated from Reading where I had the pleasure of caring for my clients' cats, rabbits and guinea pigs. I am a huge animal lover. I have never lived without an animal, my first pets were dogs, a poodle called Camey, and a cairn terrier called Prince. For the last 13 years my lovely cat Belle has allowed me to live with her 😊 and she brings me great joy.  My love of cats began about 30 years ago when I volunteered at a shelter for homeless cats and helped to re-home them. When I bought my first flat I re-homed one of the kittens and called her Trudie, she lived until the age of 21. She was still alive when my children were born and Trudie became their first pet. While my children were growing up we also had pet Guinea Pigs, hamsters and rabbits. Belle has a heart murmur and a few health niggles now that she is getting older. She has a special diet and medicine so am I confident in dealing with any of your pet's special requirements.  I always meet pet owners and their pets for a previsit so that you can decide if I am the best fit. This also allows owners to tell me all about their pets as well as their likes and dislikes. During my visits, I always make sure there is time for cuddles and play. After each visit, I will update you with news, photos and videos so you can see how your pet is doing and feel reassured while you are away from home. I have my own transport, so in the unlikely event that your pet needs to visit the vet while you are away I can get them there quickly.  COVID - 19 Safety: I am fully vaccinated and I ensure that I hand sanitise before I enter your home.
