Hi! I'm a freelance illustrator working from home and currently own a dog. I used to do dog-walkings, but since I travel a lot lately (either for work or having an adventure with my own dog since I have a bucketlist for her), now I only accept daycare & boarding on the days when I'm not traveling. I need to make sure your dog & my dog are cool with each other, so meet & greet before the booking would be very appreciated! I've had dogs since more than 8 years ago. I moved here with my 2 dogs from my home country for about 2 years now. Both dogs adjusted well & enjoy the nature on their walks but one of them passed away recently. The other one that's still living is a senior dog & I miss spending time with younger or dogs again. But if you need me to take care of calmer dogs, I would enjoy spending time with them as well since it would remind me a lot of my dog who passed away. Growing up with dogs, I'm experienced in taking care of small to medium large dogs as I used to live with my parents with their dogs ranging from small to medium size, plus my two large dogs before I moved to Sweden. (Currently learning Swedish in school so I can only speak little Swedish.)

Gisele had a stay with Christy and her dog Kiki for a week, and this experience was really great! Gisele got proper care from Christy and got along perfectly with Kiki. Also Christy regularly sent me updates on Gisele's state and behavior, so I felt very secure. It was clear that Gisele is having great time with Christy and that she feels calm and peaceful. So in my opinion it all went perfect, I would totally recommend Christy as a sitter and I would 100% trust her with Gisele again.

Christy was wonderful with our Leia. She and her own dog was so cool in handling the lively puppy that Leia is. Leia most certainly wants to come back and play.

I'll follow your rules for your dog and their habits. Feel free to tell me everything that I need to know about your dogs. I'll respect, love & care for your dogs as if they're my own. I'd love to take your dogs for walks, play with them, or even taking care of puppies. I used to teach cute little tricks to my dogs so if you want to, I can teach simple tricks for your puppy as well. My dogs are groomed by myself, so if you need me to give your dog a quick bath, I'd be happy to do so (I cannot give any haircut or hairstyling though!).

Please let me know if your dog have a specific habit or personality that I need to keep in mind. For example: how they act during their walks and towards other dogs or people, does their meal need to be prepped in a specific way, how to clean them after the walk, any health issues or behaviour issues, etc!
A typical day
Walking & playing with them will be in the main agenda. If you can provide their favorite treats or toys, I could teach your dog a simple trick or two if they want to learn new things. We can also plan other things like feeding them, brushing them, or whatever your dog needs.

Availability
Currently working my part time job from home aside from learning Swedish at school during the mornings, so I'm pretty flexible with time. Just let me know when you need me to be there. Lately I'm traveling once a month within Europe for 3-7 days either for work or taking my dog with me (sometimes I leave her with someone trustworthy if I cannot bring her along), so I'm not going to be able to do daily dog walking anymore. I only take dogs in when I'm not traveling. *For weekends: please inform me at least 2 days before your booking since usually I go on weekend trips with my own dog when I don't have any plans with friends ❤️ *For dog daycare: please inform me at least a day before so we can let our dogs meet up first 🐶
