Growing up, we always had cats and dogs and I was taught the responsibilities of owning and caring for pets at a very young age. My love and compassion for animals led me to pursue a degree in Animal Science. I graduated from Montana State University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Pre-veterinary Science. During my time in Montana, I gained valuable pet care experience working as a Veterinary Technician, volunteering at animal shelters, and providing care for dogs, cats, horses and cattle as a college intern. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I have several dogs and cats of my own that have tested and helped me hone my pet care skills... and sometimes my patience! Animals are a huge part of my life and family. I love interacting with new pets of all shapes and sizes!

Christina genuinely cares about your pets and will send cute pictures throughout their stay. She also has a great backyard for the dogs to run around!
Christina is communicative, professional and clearly cares for animals in an innate way. She watched our pups over a Holiday weekend and made sure they were cared for and comfortable. Both boys came home happy doggos. I would recommend Christina to anyone looking for pet care needs and will use her again in the future.

Schedule
My education in Animal Science allows me to provide my pets, as well as yours, with the best care possible. I live on a nice sized corner lot and have a fully fenced in yard with a big deck. I have plenty of space for your pets to romp and play, on or off leash. I also have reliable transportation and I would be happy to take your pet on an adventure, hike or walk!

Safety, trust & environment
I am a stay at home mom and am very flexible and am home most of the time! Dogs that board with me are let out every 2 hours and get lots of exercise and playtime. I have an unoccupied spare bedroom that I use as a safe space for dogs boarding with me, if needed. The pet services I offer are: daily walks or hikes, doggy day care, boarding at my home, drop in visits at your home, nail trims, ear cleanings, anal gland expression, and medication administration.

A typical day
Walks through the woods, at the park, or just around the block are among my favorite places to spend time with animals. I find being in nature to be the most stimulating experience for dogs with some fetch, tug of war, belly rubs, kisses and a treat to round out the day!
