Excellent communication!

Chloe did an excellent job taking care of our dog who is very old and needs a lot of TLC. She is very responsive in getting back to us and we would definitely use her services again.

I used Rover for the first time this past Thanksgiving on the recommendation of one of my daughters, who has used this service for her dogs in Omaha as well as in Florida. The thought of handing the key to my house over to a complete stranger, who would then come in twice a day for a week, seemed like an incredibly bad idea, but she said it would be fine. I selected Chloe and we set up a "Meet and Greet" in my home so she could meet my three cats. At the end of the meeting, she had completely won over all four of us. That includes one cat that is a fuzzy ball of neurosis. Quite a feat. Anyway, I handed over my key, went on a much-needed Thanksgiving vacation, and never worried about my cats or my house. Chloe is just awesome! She did everything I asked and in the manner I laid out for her (yes, I left pages of instructions). Completely dependable, as evidenced by the Rover Card sent to me after each visit, and she took delightful photos for me each time. I have no reservations about highly recommending Chloe.
