I am a full-time teacher. When I'm home, the dogs are out and about, enjoying the couch or the fenced-in yard. When I'm not home, my girlfriend assists with bathroom breaks and exercise time. The doggos spend very little time alone.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced-in backyard that the dogs have free range in. I have two dogs (a Brittany and a Rat Terrier Mix) who will keep them company. Both are fully vaccinated and heartworm-free. When I'm not in the house, I crate visiting dogs to ensure they are safe and feel secure in a den-like environment. I have one large crate that can fit two medium or small-sized dogs. I used to put two Brittanys in it and they had enough room to stand, turn, and lay down without bumping into each other. If you are boarding two dogs and they are not used to being crated together, please provide a second crate when you drop them off. Otherwise, they can use the crate I have. Even if you do not crate your dog at home, a crate will be provided to your dog/s while boarding with me. If your fur baby is potty-training, I will use the umbilical leash method and keep them attached to me, unless they are outside running around. This way I can quickly redirect them to the proper place to use the restroom (outside). I don't use pee pads. I never punish a dog for having an accident in the house and I understand that even dogs who are fully potty-trained in their own home, may not be in a new environment. My dog's favorite game is fetch. We have plenty of balls to share. I also have a collection of hard chew toys. I don't have any tennis balls or soft chew toys for safety reasons and based on past negative experiences with them. I do have a tug rope, but it is not kept out, since it too can cause bowel obstructions and I only ever play with it when I'm directly interacting with the dogs. I have one 5-year-old human kid who has been around dogs since his birth. He is very comfortable around dogs. However, if your dog is not used to children I may not be the dog boarder for you. Often my kid is playing in the backyard alongside the dogs, so the dogs I board must be familiar with kids. All clothes are kept in hampers with lids and trash is kept under the sink. My human kid has been "trained" ( :) ) to put his items away to keep the dogs safe.

Information Cerah C. would like to know about your pet
Medicine needs; any abandonment issues; nervous chewing/eating and how pet parents mitigate it (I have experience, would just like to keep response consistent); any leash aggression (I have experience, just need to know in advance); vet clinic info and preferred emergency vet hospital.
A typical day
Our yard offers neighbor dogs to bark at, squirrels and rabbits to chase (they occasionally get caught and eaten, just an FYI), digging holes (I gave up), lots of balls to chase, and toys to chew on. Also, sticks, rocks, roots... it is a dog/kid yard. :) We often walk on the local bike paths and visit nearby parks. I have a steady supply of treats, but I don't just hand them out. I take every opportunity to reinforce skills and obedience.

Pet care experience
I have had dogs my whole life and have experience with every age. I used to do agility with my Brittany and have assisted family members in addressing some of their dog's behavior concerns over the years. I believe in using positive training techniques and will gladly reinforce the basics while your fur-baby stays with me.
Reviews

Cerah did a great job with Alvin and I will definitely use her again.
Cerah did a great job with Chico and I would highly recommend her.

Cerah was great with Daisy, giving her special Thanksgiving treats, cuddle times and walks. We appreciated the daily pictures as well. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend her! She took great care of my fur baby and I will definitely rebook again
