Casey provided excellent care for our 2 cats, feeding them, refilling water, scooping litter, and playing with them too.

See seemed to really care of about the welfare of our dogs when they got hurt due to a fight, but did seem to have a hard time dealing with it. Would also make sure to be very clear on instructions, there were several items that I had discussed with her to do that was not done (feeding them in their crates, putting them back into their crates before leaving), which resulted in poop and pee in various areas of the house (found from person coming after Casey) and possibly raising the dogs tension to cause the fight.

Casey was terrific with Blue! She's very responsive and easy to work with. Blue had a great time, and I will use her again!

I regret to say that my experience with Casey as a pet sitter was very disappointing. I made it very clear before drop-off that one of my dogs has separation anxiety, and I trusted Casey to care for both of my dogs while I was away. However, things quickly went downhill. Only two to three hours after I dropped off my dogs, Casey texted to complain that my anxious dog was having accidents. She also told me that her backyard, which was a major reason we chose her as a sitter, was muddy and that she didn’t want my dogs going out there. Instead, she opted to take them out on a leash in her front yard, which my dog is not used to. She later expressed frustration that my dog wouldn’t go to the bathroom while on a leash. What really concerned me was when she texted saying she was unsure if she would be able to care for my pets any longer. This was especially distressing since I was 1000 miles away on vacation and unsure of what was happening at that moment. I felt completely out of control and worried about the safety of my pets. Thankfully, Rover helped me find a replacement sitter, not even 24 hours later, and everything went smoothly once my dogs were in their care. While I understand that not every pet-sitting arrangement works out, I would not recommend Casey based on my experience. Her lack of preparation, communication, and understanding of my pets’ needs caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry.

Casey was absolutely incredible with our dogs! She truly treated them like her own and sent regular updates of how happy they were snuggling with her family and playing with Bauer. I highly recommend Casey to anyone looking for quality care for their pets.
