I’m new to rover, but I’m anything but new to pet care! I grew up taking care of all sorts of animals — goats, ferrets, guinea pigs, lizards, you name it! And in the last ten years, I’ve unintentionally built up quite a resume with pet sitting just because of my passionate love for animals. I am many pet owners’ go-to for pet sitting because they trust me to take care of their fur babies in the exact way they would, so you can trust me too:)

Carson was absolutely amazing with Lola during our 12-day trip. Leaving your dog that long is nerve-wracking, but she made the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable for me. She kept me updated consistently with messages, pictures, and videos, and it was obvious Lola was being loved and cared for the whole time. Carson was patient, attentive, and really took the time to learn Lola’s routine and personality quirks. She treated her like her own instead of just “watching a dog.” Lola can be particular sometimes, and Carson handled everything so well. I truly felt like Lola was safe, cared for, and in good hands the entire trip. I would 1000% book with Carson again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely caring!
We could not have had anyone better watch our Finny boy! Carson was absolutely the best dog watcher we have had! She will now be our go to watcher! Carson goes absolutely above and beyond when watching Finny! We got daily updates with lots of pictures! Finny has lots of energy and Carson took Finny on sooo many walks and fun things!! Finny even got to go get pup cups!! We felt like Finny was being watched by a family member due to how much she cared and loved for him! Carson will now on be our go to dog sitter!
Carson did an AMAZING job with our two pups!! I never had to worry because she kept me posted with lots of pictures. She took them on long walks and gave them all the snuggles!! Highly recommend and will be using again! :)
Carson was seriously amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I did a trial stay since I’ll be out of town soon, and I was nervous because it was my first time ever leaving my dog with a stranger in her 9 years… but Carson made it SO easy. My dog instantly felt comfortable and ended up loving her, which says everything. Carson is super sweet, attentive, and you can genuinely tell she loves dogs — not just doing it for the job. She made me feel completely welcome in her home and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m beyond grateful I found her and now feel 100% confident leaving my dog with her for an extended stay. Highly, highly recommend!
This is my first time using rover or leaving my dog with a “stranger” for any amount of time, but I definitely chose the right person with Carson! She loved on my dog and took the best care of him for 8 days. I don’t think he even wanted to come home with me! She sent pictures and updates every day. I know Max is already looking forward to staying with her again!
Whenever my family has needed a pet sitter the first person we think of is Carson! Our pets are family and we would only consider someone coming to our home to care for them. This means the person must have MANY qualities - responsible, dependable, trustworthy, love pets and our pets MUST love them. We have been fortunate to have Carson available on multiple occasions to spend a few hours, a few days and on occasion a few weeks with our pets. We could not be more pleased with the care and attention Carson always brings to our pet family. We recommend her 100%!

Schedule
My husband currently provides the only source of income for us, so my goal with Rover is to turn my pet sitting hobby into a little bit of extra income for us. Since I have no other job, I am free as a bird with an open and flexible schedule! I can easily adapt to your schedule and your pets’ needs:)

Safety, trust & environment
I can easily provide whatever is needed for your pet. Your pet can run freely inside or be crated to your preference. The only thing I can’t provide is a fenced in yard, but our yard is huge and far from neighbors, and I have a totally free schedule to walk and entertain your pet however much you’d like. If I am coming to your home, you can trust me to follow whatever directions you have. You can also trust me to never take on more pets than I can handle just for the sake of the money, because my main objective is to provide excellent care above all else! We have one medium-sized dog, but he stays with “grandma and grandpa” while I am pet sitting unless of course you request for your pet to have some company!
A typical day
Because of my highly flexible schedule, I am free to give your pet all the attention they deserve! If they’re high-energy, need potty breaks often, and/or if they like to stay on the move, they can expect to have lots of fun walks around my neighborhood! We have wonderful areas for walking and exploring that your baby is sure to enjoy. If they are low-energy or prefer to stay indoors, they can expect to have nice, quiet potty breaks and plenty of attention inside with toys, treats and cuddles according to their preference! I am also more than happy to take your pet for car rides to the park or for a pup cup if that is something they would enjoy. If I am coming to you, you can be assured that your pets will have my undivided attention. I will give them exactly what they need and make them feel like I’m just another member of the family!
