I’m new to rover, but I’m anything but new to pet care! I grew up taking care of all sorts of animals — goats, ferrets, guinea pigs, lizards, you name it! And in the last ten years, I’ve unintentionally built up quite a resume with pet sitting just because of my passionate love for animals. I am many pet owners’ go-to for pet sitting because they trust me to take care of their fur babies in the exact way they would, so you can trust me too:)

Carson was absolutely amazing watching our dog while we were out of the country 2 weeks. She was so kind, thoughtful and caring for Bella. She kept us constantly updated with how Bella was doing and sent pictures daily. She thought of every detail before Bella’s arrival and was very thoughtful preparing for an awesome stay. We highly recommend Carson and look forward to booking with her in the future!!!!
This is the second time we’ve booked Carson, this time just for some drop-in visits for our diabetic cat over a weekend trip, and she outdid herself yet again! It’s critical that he has enough food in his system to receive his insulin injection to prevent his blood sugar from getting too low, so when he decided to go on a hunger strike out of retaliation of us leaving town (🙄) she stayed at our house longer than originally agreed upon and tried several different methods to get him to eat and eventually was successful. This just goes to show she clearly cares so incredibly much about the welfare of the animals under her care, as if they’re her own! We will definitely continue rebooking with Carson anytime she’s available!!
Words cannot describe how phenomenal of a pet/house sitter Carson is! She went above and beyond for our entire 9 day trip, taking the most incredible care of our animals. Our cat had recently been diagnosed with diabetes right before our trip, and she was so observant about any changes in behavior and managed the insulin administered beautifully. Our dog is absolutely obsessed with her too! She is an excellent communicator, followed every direction to a t, and is so thoughtful. When we returned from our trip she had completely deep cleaned all the common spaces and the guest room she stayed it, even offering to do the laundry. I seriously cannot recommend her enough - we will definitely be rebooking her every opportunity we get!!
Carson goes above and beyond for Finny! Finny absolutely loves her! She is the best dog sitter out there!
Carson is top tier and easily in our top 3 sitter choices! Toby and Theo immediately took to her and we immediately felt comfortable knowing they were comfortable. She stayed with our dogs in our home and took great care of our pups and of our home. Everything was clean and spotless when we arrived back home. She sent daily pics and communicated with us while we were gone. Carson is a no brainer when choosing a sitter and you and your pets will be lucky to have her!
Carson was the absolute best with our boy! She was so great at easing our minds leaving him for 6 days! She was very attentive to his needs regarding his allergies! I will always trust her with our baby!

My husband currently provides the only source of income for us, so my goal with Rover is to turn my pet sitting hobby into a little bit of extra income for us. Since I have no other job, I am free as a bird with an open and flexible schedule! I can easily adapt to your schedule and your pets’ needs:)

Safety, trust & environment
I can easily provide whatever is needed for your pet. Your pet can run freely inside or be crated to your preference. The only thing I can’t provide is a fenced in yard, but our yard is huge and far from neighbors, and I have a totally free schedule to walk and entertain your pet however much you’d like. If I am coming to your home, you can trust me to follow whatever directions you have. You can also trust me to never take on more pets than I can handle just for the sake of the money, because my main objective is to provide excellent care above all else! We have one medium-sized dog, but he stays with “grandma and grandpa” while I am pet sitting unless of course you request for your pet to have some company!
A typical day
Because of my highly flexible schedule, I am free to give your pet all the attention they deserve! If they’re high-energy, need potty breaks often, and/or if they like to stay on the move, they can expect to have lots of fun walks around my neighborhood! We have wonderful areas for walking and exploring that your baby is sure to enjoy. If they are low-energy or prefer to stay indoors, they can expect to have nice, quiet potty breaks and plenty of attention inside with toys, treats and cuddles according to their preference! I am also more than happy to take your pet for car rides to the park or for a pup cup if that is something they would enjoy. If I am coming to you, you can be assured that your pets will have my undivided attention. I will give them exactly what they need and make them feel like I’m just another member of the family!
