Ratings and reviews
Carolyn and Derek are absolutely fantastic. Simba has now stayed with them three times and we could not imagine him staying anywhere else. Simba always settles into their home really well and when Simba stays with them both it's like he is getting a mini holiday too! It's great to receive messages from Carolyn with photos about the adventures they have been on and what he has been getting up to. When picking him up from our holiday today we can see how attached he has become to them both. When Simba stays with Carolyn we know he is in trusted hands.
Carolyn is a very nice person. Marley gets excited to spend time with her. She takes very good care of him and lets me know if there are any problems. He gets to go on lots of nice walks to places I've never heard of. I won't let him stay with anyone else as I wouldn't feel comfortable. Thanks again Carolyn & Derek. I really appreciate it and I'm sure Marley does too.
Carolyn is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend her. Winston has been here twice with no issues or worries and the photos and updates from Carolyn stop you worrying about your pet while you’re away. Thank you again Carolyn for a stress free stay and we will definitely be booking you in the future!
I had never home boarded Bella before, so was very nervous about it, but Carolyn and her partner were so good with her. They made her feel right at home and kept to her routine. She sent us regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated, and it put us at ease whilst we were away! Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you!
Excellent experience with our dog sitter. From the very beginning, they were reliable, professional, and genuinely caring. Kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. My dog was happy, relaxed, and well looked after. It was obvious she had been well looked after, with plenty of exercise and endless affection. I couldn't have asked for better care. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a compassionate and dependable dog sitter. I have no hesitation in booking again!
Carolyn and her Husband have taken great care of our dog, she settled in great and was taken on a lovely walk to the nature reserve. We are very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again.
