I work as a teacher part-time. Some days I teach online and some days I have a class and need to be away an hour or two. This means I'm a great option for people that need a regular dog walker or someone to pet-sit at their house while on holiday.

A typical day
I like to walk and explore new places. On a typical day with a dog I'd find a new route so we can discover new places and smells, but also a well worn path is comforting too. In the house I like to add playtime and learning tricks.

Pet care experience
I grew up in the Canadian countryside surrounded by animals, so I’ve always felt confident and comfortable caring for pets. I’ve looked after sick and elderly animals, raised puppies (fun, but those teeth are sharp!), and trained a number of dogs. I’m active and more than happy to take dogs on long walks, but I’m just as content relaxing at home and snuggling on the sofa.

Carole stayed in our home for a weekend and took wonderful care of our little rescue dog, who has severe separation anxiety and also needs medication twice a day. Carole was very patient with her and followed all our instructions re food and medication schedule. She sent us updates and photos when we asked for them and was super kind. She even waited for us for more than an hour when we were unexpectedly delayed at the airport. I definitely would recommend Carole to a friend.
