This was our first time ever using Rover, and to say we were nervous would be an understatement. After meeting Caitlyn, though, we immediately felt at ease. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the animals she watches. We have two dachshunds with very different personalities. Newton is outgoing, but Augustus is much more cautious and takes time to warm up to new people. Caitlyn respected his space from the very beginning, and before long he was curled up next to her in bed! Seeing him trust someone outside of our family meant everything to us. Throughout our trip she kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious our boys were happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience. We would absolutely trust Caitlyn with Augustus and Newton again and will definitely be booking with her in the future. Caitlin was super communicative and sent lots of really sweet photos! Kept us updated the whole time and was prompt and accommodating to all our requests and instructions. Really appreciated her care and we truly felt like our babies were in great hands in with her in our absence. :)
