I have been surrounded by animals for most of my life and truly believe they are some of the most loyal and loving companions. I currently have a 16-year-old Papillon, and I was blessed to have my Pit Bull for 13 wonderful years before she passed away last year. Caring for senior dogs has taught me patience, attentiveness, and the importance of providing gentle, loving care. I also have experience caring for my sister’s two Bengal cats, whom I lived with and helped care for over the course of two years. This has given me experience with both dogs and cats and an understanding that every pet has a unique personality and needs. In addition, I worked at Dogtopia, where I cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. That experience strengthened my ability to multitask, remain calm in busy environments, and ensure every dog received the attention, affection, and care they deserved. During the school year, I work as a substitute teacher, which gives me a flexible schedule. I adapt quickly to new routines and understand how important it is for pet owners to know their furry family members are in safe, caring hands. When caring for your pets, I will treat them as if they were my own—with patience, kindness, respect, and lots of love. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, cuddling on the couch, or simply keeping them company, my goal is to make them feel comfortable, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect that I would expect for my own.
