Currently, I am in college with a pretty difficult major, and an athlete on the girls lacrosse team. During the week days the most I can do is offer assistance in letting your pets out and doings stop by’s to feed them, but the weekends I am open to way more time with your pets.

Obviously I have no pets with me in my college dorm, but at home I have a fenced in yard, the dogs and cats get fed twice a day, and I give walks daily to the dogs. I also try to play with the dogs considering the breeds my family owns are high-energy breeds and need that kind of attention, but I also have dealt with low-energy breeds and older dogs who just need some pets!
Information Brigid T. would like to know about your pet
I feel pretty confident in dealing with many different types of pets and their behaviors, but if you would think there is some behavioral issue that needs addressed I would prefer to know about it before hand so I know how to approach your pet and how to properly take care of them.
A typical day
When pet sitting, I can take your dog for exciting walks, letting them explore new sights and smells. We’ll play fetch to burn off some energy, and I’ll set up fun games like hide-and-seek with their favorite toys. When entertaining cats I plan to a use variety of toys like feather wands, laser pointers, and interactive puzzle toys to stimulate their hunting instincts. Although, some pets prefer a more relaxed day and to lay in the sun, or on a perch on their kitty tree, which I am totally all for that as well!

A college student who loves pets!
Pet care experience
I have three dogs, two cats, and a gecko. My pet care experience started within my family, including dog walks, playtime, training, and love. When I got to highschool I started dog sitting within my neighborhood and for family friends. Although my pet care experience id say goes beyond just cats and dogs considering I’ve taken care of a pig, a bird, snakes, bunnies, hamsters, bearded dragons… I think you get the idea. As a wildlife biology major, I have also had exposure to even undomesticated animals, and learned telling signals of animals. Overall, I confidently can say that I believe I am a very qualified person to take care of your pets!

Reviews

The pups enjoyed having Brigid back to watch them. Really thankful she was available for the holidays so we could visit family afar.

Brigid was awesome! My pets lived her! She truly has a heart for animals and did great job home sitting! I will definitely be booking her again

Brigid was great. Highly recommend and will book her again if we can.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Beautiful facilities/accommodations. Very flexible. Great communication. Would book again in a second. We left three dogs in one cat with BRIGID while we went to the Jack Daniels tour. Couldn’t have been more perfect!
