I was professionally, skillfully and thoroughly trained by the much experienced and educated owner-operator. My heart is made full being surrounded by animals while being attentive to their individual needs. Happy, healthy, and safe is my motto! Briana was excellent. She sent updates and photos of happy pets, and her communication was strong. This was my first time using Rover, so I'm relieved it was comfortable.
I can’t recommend Briana enough! From the start, she was incredibly thorough in understanding exactly what our dogs needed and took the time to ask about their routines, preferences, and any specific care we wanted. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in making sure we felt comfortable made such a difference. Plus, her flexibility was impressive—she was able to handle a wide variety of animals beyond just dogs and cats, which gave us so much peace of mind. Knowing that she was capable and caring enough to adapt to any animal care situation meant everything to us. We’ll definitely be booking her again!

Briana was excellent! She asked great questions and was patient in listening to what my babies need for care. The dogs were happy and well loved while I was away from home, and Briana sent frequent updates and photos to ease my mind. She even vacuumed and took out the trash for me! Thank you so much, Briana.
