When I’m caring for a dog in a client’s home, I try to keep things as familiar and comfortable for them as possible. For walks, I start by greeting your dog calmly and making sure their leash, harness, and any instructions you’ve left are all set. During the walk, I follow their usual pace, always staying in their comfort zone. Whether they like to take their time sniffing around or enjoy a more upbeat stroll. After we get back, I make sure they have fresh water, give treats if you allow them, and help them settle in before I leave. I’m attentive, patient, and respectful of your home and your dog’s routine, so they feel safe and cared for while you’re away.

Pet care experience
Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities over the years, and I’ve done lots of dog walking and pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbours. I’m currently a second-year university student, so I know how to stay organized and responsible but I also have plenty of energy for playtime and long walks. I really enjoy getting to know each dog and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and safe while in my care!
