My schedule is currently flexible to fit with pet care. I work various gigs throughout the week, generally which don’t keep me out of the house for more than 6 hours. If a pet needs me to check in more frequently than that, I’m open to communicating with the pet parent to see if we can figure out the schedule.

A typical day
I love getting out on hikes with pets if I’m able. And regular walks around the neighborhood too. I enjoy spending time playing catch with them and love to cuddle up for a good movie too.

Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs and have always enjoyed walking and playing with them. I’m an artist based in Burlington and have no pets of my own currently, but love to spend time with pet friends! I have a good general sense of dogs’ temperaments, reading their body language, and keeping them under control on a leash and around potential distractions. I prioritize being aware of each individual dog’s needs, unique personality, and mood, especially when first meeting them. I have experience with both old dogs and puppies as well. My schedule is currently pretty flexible to spend time with the dogs and not leave them alone for extended periods of time. I’m super excited to make more furry friends and hopefully become a frequent walker for them!

I booked Azariah for my first Thanksgiving trip away from my border collie/cattle dog mix. | was nervous due to my dog's separation anxiety, but Azariah quickly put my mind at ease. From our initial meet-and-greet to the booking process, she was straightforward and communicated well. While I was away, she sent me pictures of my pup, which was reassuring. When I returned, my dog was happy, and my home was even cleaner than when I left! I highly recommend Azariah for anyone needing a caring and reliable pet sitter. I'll definitely book her again!
I’ve had Azariah in my home a handful of times. She’s easy to communicate with, attentive, clean and very great with my dog, despite my dogs quirks!
