Ava has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic in her current role at a doggy daycare, where she cares for up to 45-50 dogs each day. Her track record of attendance is impeccable, as she rarely calls out sick, showcasing her commitment to her responsibilities. The dogs, as well as their owners, greatly value her dedication and care. In addition to her work at the daycare, Ava volunteers with Oregon Dog Services a few times a month. During this time, she takes dogs out for the entire day, further solidifying her passion for animal care. Given her experience and positive reputation within the dog care community, I have no doubt that Ava would be a tremendous asset to Rover.
