Autumn was so helpful! The doggies loved playing with her, and she sent tons of pics of them having fun. The house is spotless after her stay, and she saved our bacon when we had to return home hours later than planned. Great communicator, and five stars all around!

We loved how our dog Pippa immediately took to Autumn. She has a very kind and calm demeanor, is very accommodating and appreciative of any extra info given to her to make the pets feel maximally comfortable. Our little dog has IBD and separation anxiety but building a connection with Autumn enabled her to feel safe and loved in her own home. We care for timeliness and seriousness when it comes to our furry baby and have not been let down, thank you!

We booked house sitting services with the expectation that our sitter would be staying overnight with our dog. While we understood that they would come and go throughout the day, we did not expect our dog to be left alone overnight for extended periods. Our front door camera showed that our dog was left alone for approximately 14 hours one night and nearly 16 hours the next. We were very concerned by the amount of time she was left without care or companionship. Unfortunately, we were traveling in an area without cell service and didn’t see the Rover updates until two days into the stay. Once we became aware of what was happening, we immediately ended the booking early and asked a neighbor to step in and care for our dog. This experience did not meet our expectations for house sitting, and we would not book with this sitter again.

Autumn was a stellar sitter! I appreciated how careful and thorough she was with my cat. Each day she gave long updates and sent many photos.

Autumn was great with Daisy! She kept me updated on the stay and was very respectful of my home. I would recommend her services!

Autumn was very kind and our animals were well taken care of. I was uncomfortable when she texted me outside of the Rover app (we had exchanged numbers in case I needed to pay her back for parking at our apartment) requesting that I send her money prior to the end of booking that she would return upon getting paid the following week. I sent the money since she was sitting with my animals and I didn’t want anything to happen. The money was returned and when we returned home the animals were well cared for and the house looked great! She’s very sweet but this was unprofessional in my opinion and made us worry while we were away in our trip.
