I have my own very energy dog that requires a lot of mental and physical simulation. Aside from walks I have hid treats around the house for my dog to sniff out or make a frozen treat bowl that will require 30 mins of (supervised) licking to get it all out. I will take the dogs I watch for walks (the length depends on the exercise level of the dog), spend time petting them. I have been required to cut up veggies before to feed dogs for their afternoon snack, and play with toys with them.

I have had animals my whole life growing up such as dogs, horses, and cats. My favorite thing to get for my birthday was another pet. First it was a guinea pig, then a parrot, a horse, and then a dog. In high school I took animal science at BOCES. We groomed every week, daily we fed all the animals in the class, and cleaned their cages. We learned anatomy, behavior, got hands on experience and learned CPR for dogs. I have plenty of experience with animals. I have watched many peoples pets before. I have always been passionate about animals.
