How I usually care for a pet in the clients home is i familiarize myself with the client, their pet(s), the pets schedule so that I can know when to let them out and love spending time with them, and usually with emergency contacts of the client and the pet(s) doctor in case something does happen.

I do need to know if the dog has any medical issues so that I can know which way to go. I have taken care of a 100lb dog before named Buddy and a pit bull who was the sweetest dog you will ever meet. The size dogs I have taken care of ran from 10 lbs to 100 lbs. I have taken care of a diabetic dog before with insulin shots(every day, 2x a day).
A typical day
I love to love on the dog if the dog allows me too. Being able to take them to a park to walk or give them a car ride if they’re comfortable with it.

I’ve taken care of a many different breeds of dogs for a very long time. I’ve also taken care of a multi-animal home for someone that I have gone to church with. I’ve also taken care of a diabetic dog who later got cancer and also a whole litter of puppies that have had parvo.
