We love Ariel! She always takes great care of of our cats, with pictures and a little update.

We love Ariel! She is responsive and provides great updates on what my kitties are up to while we’re away.

Ariel was so good!! She’s super sweet and treated my dogs like family! She sent pictures and even left us a sweet card to come home to!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ariel for house and dog sitting. Although she had positive reviews and was agreeable when we met in person, our experience was disappointing and stressful. On the very first day—after we had already left the state—she arrived over an hour late. Once there, she stayed only about an hour with our dog, who had already been inside alone for six hours. She then left again for several hours. We specifically chose house sitting over drop-in visits because we wanted someone to stay with our dog and give him consistent companionship and care—something we communicated from the beginning. When we reached out to express concern about how the rest of the stay would go, Ariel suddenly mentioned several other commitments—none of which were disclosed during our in-person meeting or any prior conversations. She then told us we should find another sitter. She was not apologetic, and her explanations were inconsistent, which made it difficult to trust her.

She took great care of my sweet girl! Very easy to communicate with and quick response time. Sent picture updates that made me feel very comfortable with her care!

Ariel G. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.
