I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! Kiko is incredibly shy and usually takes a long time to warm up to new people, but she was treated with so much patience and gentleness here. By the end of the day, Kiko was actually curled up on her lap, which is a massive milestone and shows just how safe and comfortable she felt. ​The entire process was seamless. Drop-off and pick-up were incredibly smooth, and she was so kind and welcoming throughout. I also loved receiving the photo updates during the day—it gave me total peace of mind.
