I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, beginning with my childhood growing up on a farm. That early, hands-on exposure taught me the fundamentals of animal care, daily routines, and how to read animal behavior. This transitioned into professional work as a dog trainer at Happy Hound play and daycare in Oakland where I trained and cared for dogs both at the center and on park walks and in home visits. I am able to confidently handle pets of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels from puppies needing structure and basic obedience to older dogs requiring a gentle, patient approach. I have a background in housing and caring for animals. I currently share my home with my own pet, Baloo and my housemates pet Bentley my living space is always dog-friendly. I know exactly what it takes to create a safe, enriching, and comforting environment for visiting animals. I can give owners peace of mind while they are away!

Anthony was awesome! Took our dog on long walks & was easy to coordinate with. Gochu came back very happy each time!
Anthony is super responsive, he’s kind and reliable. Rocky is a senior dog that required tlc and support to go outside and Anthony is super helpful and caring.
Anthony has been pet sitting my fur-babies for a little over a year now. He is responsible, reliable, and great at keeping me updated (with pics!) about how they are doing. He is also super caring and intuitively great with them. My cat is pretty selective about who he likes and can act reserved when meeting new people. At this point, however, I feel like he loves Anthony as much as he loves me. My dog (Boston terrier) can’t get enough of him either. She is fairly excitable, but there is something about Anthony’s presence that calms and grounds her. Both animals recognize his car alarm and run to the door to greet him when he comes to watch them, leaving me in full confidence that they’ll be alright in his care when I am away from home. 10000/10 stars!

Schedule
I am currently working part-time and have lots of flexibility to work around schedules and to setup routines! I also have transportation to travel.

I have a fully fenced in yard with two fur babies to keep your doggos safe and entertained! They can lounge outside in the sun or inside.
