Anna stayed at my house to housesit and care for my cat Smudge and dog Marshmallow for a little over a week while I was out of town. She came over to do a meet & greet first, and after meeting her I felt very comfortable with having her in my space and caring for my babies. When her daytime schedule changed unexpectedly before the trip, she reached out very promptly and professionally to let me know. It still worked for us so we went ahead with the booking. She was responsive during my trip when I reached out with questions. I came home at the end of my vacation to two happy, healthy pets, and the house exactly as I left it. I would definitely book Anna again!
