I’ve been working with dogs for over 12 years, including as a Rover pet sitter and dog walker in Vancouver and Calgary. Over that time, I’ve cared for just about every type of pup you can think of, from tiny couch potatoes to big goofy dogs who think they’re lap dogs, plus lots of seniors who just want a slow stroll and some extra love. I’m really comfortable with anxious dogs too and I naturally have a calm, patient personality so they can relax and feel safe. Whether it’s walks, boarding, or drop-in visits, I try to keep things as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel at home even when their people are away. I honestly just really love dogs. I treat every one like they’re my own, with lots of attention, snuggles (if they want them), and care that fits their personality. Some want adventure walks, some want sniff-and-strolls, and some just want to follow you around the house like a little shadow. You can count on me to show up, keep you updated, and make sure your dog feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.

Safety, trust, and a calm environment are at the core of how I care for pets, especially when I’m in a client’s home. I always take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs before starting, so I can keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible for them. I respect every home as if it were my own, making sure doors are secured, leashes are handled safely, and pets are never put in risky situations during walks or outings. I also keep a close eye on body language and behaviour so I can respond quickly if a pet feels anxious or uncomfortable. Communication is a big part of my care, so I provide regular updates and check-ins to give owners peace of mind while they’re away. My goal is always to create a safe, calm, and trusting environment where pets feel secure and cared for in their own space.

Anna did a great job looking after my fur baby. She sent updates daily. I found him healthy, clean and happy when I returned. It helps that he is a sweet boy and loves people but Anna easily and quickly bonded with him too.
Anna has taken care of my 2 dogs (110lb Bullmastiff & 20lb Weiner Mix)and was fantastic. They can be quite a handful and she handled them with total confidence and care. She sent me photos of them throughout my trip and it really put me at ease. She has such a wonderful personality and is very professional. Anna stayed at my apartment downtown and it was pristine when I returned, she even offered to water the plants when I was gone. I will hands down use her services again.
Anna is so wonderful with all types of dogs. She will make sure your dog is happy and gets the best care while you are away. My dog always gets so excited to see her because he knows he’s about to get a lot of love and a nice long walk. I feel better leaving my dog in her care, knowing she will put his needs first. Whether it’s outdoor playtime, cuddles or even a bath, Anna will make sure your pet gets everything they need. I can’t wait for my next vacation knowing my dog will be safe and happy in Anna’s care.
Anna is a kind, warm hearted, animal lover and she’s always the first person I ask to take care of my dog, Bella, when I’m out of town. Bella loves Anna, and I love that I can enjoy my time away knowing that Bella is in good hands. I always return home to a happy dog and a well kept house. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Anna was a pleasure to have as our dog sitter when I was out of town with my wife. She was very loving of our dog Dozer. I appreciated her personality as she was easy to get along with and understood our needs from her to take care of the dog and house. 10 out of 10 would reccomend!

Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine and lifestyle. I structure my schedule so I can give each dog consistent time, attention, and care, whether that’s walks, drop-in visits, or boarding. Because I have a flexible work routine, I’m able to plan my days around pet care in a way that feels organized and reliable rather than rushed. I make sure feeding, walking, and check-ins stay consistent for each pet, and I genuinely enjoy having dogs as part of my everyday life.
