Availability
My schedule is flexible, and I offer many services. I can provide regular walks or home visits to pets in the Oak Park area any day of the week. I’m also available for grooming and overnights in River Forest, Forest Park, and the surrounding areas. My friend and I offer in-home, small group daycare and boarding for dogs 7 days a week at his house in Oak Park. I can accommodate most requests, just ask. 😉 This is my main gig, and I’m committed to it.

I’ll take as much background as you have. ;) I’m especially curious about your pet’s experiences with strangers and other animals, and if they have any triggers, allergies, or sensitivities. I’ll always err on the side of caution with your pet(s) and appreciate anything you can tell me to facilitate a better experience for them.
A typical day
I am happy to meet your animal wherever they’re at on their journey. If they’re a youngster with lots of energy, I can provide training walks, play time, and socialization. If they’re a sweet senior who needs a little extra care, I can offer slow strolls, cuddles, and gentle massages. For the big babies, I’ll even take them on a run in my roller blades. I creatively meet the needs, goals, and personality of each pet to ensure they have the best time!

I would give Amber 6 stars if I could! I left my dog Odin and my cat Freija with her. This was the first time either has been with a sitter or away from me for this long. They immediately felt her warm, loving energy and were completely comfortable with her. Amber is consistent and responsive whenever I would reach out for additional information. I can't say enough great things or recommend her more highly. If you're looking for a sitter and worried about finding the right one, look no further!
Amber was wonderful with our dog! She can be shy around new people but Amber was patient and it was clear in photos that our pup warmed up to her quickly. Communication was excellent as well. We would definitely book Amber again!
