I'm very passionate about dogs, animals, wildlife, etc! I love to hike and be active outdoors as much as possible. I have a variety of animal experience, I grew up on an Indiana farm caring for many animals. I worked at Petsmart as a dog groomer for 2 years, so I can trim/grind nails and bathe your dog :) I also worked at a veterinary hospital for 2 semesters. I'm currently in graduate school going for Master's of Biology. My classes are online so I have a very flexible, open schedule! Dog walking and sitting will help fund my schooling. I have experience working with almost all dog breeds, so I am able to personalize time spent with each dog according to their needs and comfort level. I have dog sat for many friends and family members in the past, even some with health concerns. I always train my own dogs, and have gone through Petsmart training curriculum to gain more knowledge on pet training. I would love to help enhance your pet's life in any way I can :)

Amanda was fantastic with Lucy on her walk! She even did a meet and greet beforehand, which completely put us at ease as pet parents. She was warm, attentive, and clearly comfortable with dogs. Lucy came back happy and relaxed, and I really appreciated Amanda’s communication. I would absolutely book her again.
Another great experience with Amanda’s drop ins! She went above and beyond bringing in our mail and working to get our more shy kitties out from hiding to interact since they get sad when we are gone for too long and need lots of attention. We came back early at the last minute as well and she was flexible and worked with us to get the key back, etc.
Amanda has been fantastic - she drove over before our initial dates to do a meet and greet with all of the animals as well as give us a chance to show her where everything was at. We had initially scheduled her for later dates but we had an emergency and needed her the next day over the holidays, and she was thankfully available. She sent photos and info everyday to check in and the kitties and chickens were all doing well upon our return. We will continue to have her back when we need longer term in home stays for our dogs as well!
Amanda was awesome to my little geriatric dogs. They are spoiled rotten and have several quirks to their care. She stayed a week in my home and very attentive to everything asked of her. Highly recommend!
Amanda is a very trustworthy and passionate person. I have personally trusted leaving my cats and dogs in her care and she has always exceeded my expectations. She's very active and loves to get exercise with the dogs! I'd leave my pets in her care before anyone else's EVEN FAMILY! We absolutely love her!

Schedule
I have an open schedule, and can accommodate short or long term needs. I will make time to accommodate for your dog's preferential treatment and love.
