Hello there and welcome to my profile! I’m an animal enthusiast who firmly believes pets make life better, and I’ve never met one I didn’t like. I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my entire life, and caring for animals has always felt natural to me - not just a job, but something I truly enjoy. I can’t wait to get to know your furry friend, whether they’re a couch cuddler, a zoomies expert, or a little bit of both.

We are so very thankful for finding Alyssa! She was a total pro in every sense of the word. We have an elderly blind (and nearly deaf dog) and a very active kitten, and her patience and obvious love for animals was exactly what they needed. She housesat for us over the New Years holiday and not only did she take great care of our pets, she took equally great care of our home. It was cleaner when she left than when she got there! We look forward to working with her again in the future.
Alyssa is the best and handled both my large dogs really well and took great smiling pictures of them! I am definitely going to be requesting her services again!

I can’t recommend Alyssa highly enough as a cat-sitter. She has been caring for my family’s cats for over 10 years, and there is truly no one I trust more. She understands cats on a deep level — their routines, boundaries, personalities, and quirks — and always meets them exactly where they are. Whether it’s administering food, giving medication, keeping litter areas spotless, or simply providing calm companionship, she does everything with genuine care and attention. Our cats have always been relaxed, healthy, and happy when we return home, which says everything! Alyssa specializes in cats and treats them like family and is truly the best at what she does.
Alyssa was and is truly a god-send. My wife and I tell her all the time that she is our dog whisperer. We have a Pitt-husky named Novie, and a cha-weenie named bean. Every time she comes around it is a whole other energy. It started off as a couples night when we would bring her in to watch our babies for awhile while we caught a dinner and a movie. Now she is more of a regular. Whether it is a long weekend or a 1-2 week vacation, Aly is the only one we call. She is so great with our fur babies and I know she will be for yours to.

Schedule
I work full-time as a flight instructor but make my own schedule so I can move my schedule around to accommodate your pets as needed! I’m available throughout the day so I can walk/stop in to check on your pet in mornings and/or afternoons or move my flights around to accommodate middle-of-the day needs. I’m frequently up at 4am so don’t worry about early morning requests! I can usually accept last minute requests as well.

I’m patient, reliable, and great at sticking to routines, but I’m also all about fun walks, belly rubs, and making sure your pet feels loved and comfortable while you’re away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, so I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m happy to send plenty of photo and text updates (because I know I’d want them too!), and I always prioritize safety, clear communication, and a positive experience for both you and your pet.
A typical day
I like to keep things fun while still sticking to your pet’s usual routine. That can mean walks with plenty of sniff breaks, backyard playtime, tug-of-war, fetch, or just hanging out and giving them some extra attention. For cats, it might be play sessions with their favorite toys, window watching, or quality lap time. Basically: happy pets, relaxed vibes, and lots of tail wags or purrs. 🐾
