I’ve cared for animals most of my life, including dogs, cats, fish, chickens, and small pets. Friends and neighbors have trusted me for years to care for their pets while they’re away. I’m home full time with a flexible schedule, so your pets will get plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and supervision. I have three easygoing cats and a quiet home on acreage in New Market. I’m fully insured and certified in Pet First Aid & CPR. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I’ll care for them like they’re part of my own family.

Alyce has been absolutely wonderful with my dogs, Roxy and Chloe! She is caring, dependable, and clearly loves animals. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such great hands. Great sitter! Watched the pets while we were out of town and the house and pets were wonderfully taken care of. Will def use again.
Alyce took good care of my 2 poodles. She gave them their meds and kept the cone on one of my poodles due to a broken nail. She keep clean throws on couch and sent photos and updates daily. I will definitely use her again in the future.

Planning
I’m home most of the time, so pets get regular potty breaks, attention, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. My schedule is flexible during the week and weekends, which makes it easy to stick to routines and give pets plenty of care and interaction.

I pay close attention to routines, behavior, and comfort levels, since every pet is different. In my home, pets are supervised, kept in a low-stress environment, and treated like part of the family. I also keep owners updated regularly so they know how their pets are doing.

A typical day includes potty breaks, walks or outside time, playtime, feeding, relaxing indoors, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I try to keep pets on their normal routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and settled while they’re here.
