I make sure to meet the animals first to introduce myself and make sure they are comfortable with me. At home, my cats get their food with vitamins twice a day, play time when I’m done work and/or when I take breaks and cuddle time for the evening. Litter box is changed every day. It would be no different for my clients’ pets, they would be treated as if they were my own. Dogs would get the outside time needed (walks, playing, etc) on top of what is mentioned above. I always make sure to reward good behaviour so treats are included in moderation.

A typical day
All animals would have some stimulating activities according to their capacities. I can take dogs outside for walks to explore the neighborhood and play games (fetch, rope pull, frisbee, etc). With cats I try to stimulate them by playing with ropes to get them to hunt. They also love climbing so they get time on a cat tree. Of course after all this they get a little treat because they deserve it.

I have been an animal lover my whole life and have taken care of many different animals. I have had puppies and senior dogs under my care many times, I am used to their particular needs. I want to be able to give your pets the love and care they deserve while you are away.

Alex is absolutely AMAZING!! She took such good care of our two cats, and sent us daily updates. She even stayed a bit longer one visit during a thunderstorm to ensure they were comfortable and not too scared. The cats are so comfortable around her.
