Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but my career path ultimately led me in a different direction during college. During the 30 minute walk, I would allow the dog to set the pace, giving them time to sniff and explore their surroundings, as this is an important part of their sensory engagement and mental stimulation. I would stay attentive to their body language, offering water if needed and ensuring the path is safe from hazards like broken glass or other debris. My goal would be to create a respectful, enjoyable, and enriching experience that leaves the dog feeling happy and well cared for.

As a proud dog mom to two pups of my own, who are my absolute pride and joy, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family. In addition to providing reliable and loving dog walking services, I’m proud to offer dog training as an optional add on for clients who are looking to help their pups learn and grow. I have extensive experience in training dogs, including my own two pups who are both fully house-trained and publicly trained. One of them is even a certified service animal. I specialize in positive reinforcement training and can work with your pup on a variety of skills, including: • Basic commands: Sit, paw, lay down, roll over, stay, and recall on command. • Leash training: Addressing tugging and ensuring enjoyable walks. • Behavioral management: Reducing excessive barking. • Communication tools: Introducing and using talking buttons.
