I do not offer boarding or overnight sitting services, but I do offer drop-in visits and dog walking services. I always strongly prefer to FaceTime clients before the stay so you can show me your house or apartment and give me all of the details possible, from a sticky difficult lock to details on the alarm system. I treat your home like it is my own and will leave it as clean or cleaner than when I arrived. I stick to whatever routines you have existing in your home, whether that be walking down the block to the same pee spot or following a specific feeding routine! For me, sitting is all about making sure your animals have no change to the routine and activities they already have and feel calm and relaxed while you’re gone.

I like to know house rules that you’d like me to be aware of so I can enforce them just as you would yourself! I also like to know how your pets behave or any other triggers in the environment so I know how your pet will react before it happens! I do need to know any medical conditions and diagnoses (FIV for cats, for example) that can be passed from animal to animal in order to best care for your pet and ensure safety for any other bookings I have at the time.
A typical day
I love playtime and keeping the same routines that you do when you’re gone. If that means walking the same route every day, or playing with a certain toy, I’m game for anything! I love cuddles, keeping them entertained, and giving them tons of love and affection while you’re gone to ease any anxiety of traveling you may have.

I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in December of 2020 and have been doing Rover since September of 2018! Something that sets me apart from other sitters is my personal experience with high-energy and reactive dogs, as I have one of my own. Squirrels, cars, busses, other dogs, I’ve seen it all and would love to get as many details about your dog’s personality and needs when you book with me. Additionally, I go above and beyond to take care of your home as well, whether that means watering plants, feeding the fish, or grabbing any mail and packages that arrive to make sure your time away is truly stress free! I also have lots of experience in cat care, and primarily specialize in caring for cats. I have administered oral, ear, and injected medications, such as insulin. I am well-versed in cat behavioral cues and love working with you to help your cat be most comfortable while you're away. I have also cared for chickens, bearded dragons, and other reptiles! I’m a thorough, dedicated, and flexible sitter and will always go out of my way to guarantee you have a stress-free trip. I send updates with 10+ photo attachments with stories or blurbs about what we did and how your furry friends are doing so it feels like you’re still at home, even when you’re away. I treat any dog/cat/other pet like they were my own and they receive tons of love, playtime, and attention.

Abigail is simply wonderful! We felt so comfortable with her taking care of our babies. It was such a busy week before our trip and meeting via zoom was perfect. She was very thorough in what she needed to care for our fur babies. We left the country comfortable and safe knowing she was there.
