My interest in Dog Care started in high school when I dog sat frequently for people in my area and never had an unsatisfied customer. I have continued to grow in experience and knowledge through the years and am certified in Pet Care and Nutrition, Dog Grooming, Pet Psychology, Pet First Aid, as well as science-based Dog Training. I love dogs dearly and understand that it can be a struggle to leave them in another's care. I am here to provide a safe place you can trust and will know that your furry friends will be well looked after. I have hands on experience with first aid for various types of animals, and am willing and able to give your pet the time and attention he or she needs. All pets Must be listed individually (per Rover policy) for care. Boarding and dog walking is my full time job in alignment with training and grooming, so you'll know your pups are getting all the attention they desire. I'll make sure they get a chance every day to go on their favourite adventures so they stay happy and active while you're away! In my home, I never leave dogs alone together unattended and make sure all pets that are not of the same family are safely introduced before allowing supervised play together. While in my client's home, I try to keep the routines they're used to as close as possible. Safety and fun for your pet are my top priorities!

We were traveling in from Ohio and needed someone to watch over our 2 year old Bernedoodle 'Bernie' for the day as we celebrated my grand daughters graduation/ birthday. We traveled 45 mins to use Abigail because of her reviews and experience. Abigail was wonderful with communication, answering questions, providing pictures and updates during the entire process. It makes you a little nervous leaving your fur baby with a stranger but Rover helps to make everything easier with their program. Schedule
Dogs are my full time job and passion, so in addition to boarding I currently have flexible availability for drop in visits, walks, and daycare all throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large open yard but have a fenced in area for your pups to run around safely in! All dogs are kenneled if I have to step out and leave them unsupervised for a short time. I have my two personal dogs and two farm dogs that are friendly and love to play, as well as toys and agility equipment, so your pup will not be bored!
Pets
A typical day
I live on 20 acres next to a creek, so there will be plenty of space for your pup to explore as we will go on at least one walk a day. I can be sure to incorporate any of his favourite activities such as fetching, swimming, hiking (weather and area permitting) and similar adventures as well!
