Brennan has a lot of knowledge and experience caring for reptiles, ferrets and other exotic pets. I work as a certified dog groomer for 13 years. Caring for animals is my calling. My husband and I run a mobile grooming business as well. Currently Brennan and I are accepting clients every day of the week. We offer walks, dog sitting and drop ins. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible to help reduce stress and keep them comfortable. I make sure pets have fresh water, receive meals as instructed, get appropriate exercise and attention, and have a clean environment. I am also happy to provide regular updates, photos, and videos so you can feel confident your pet is doing well while you’re away. When caring for pets in my home, safety is my top priority. I carefully monitor interactions, provide a calm and comfortable environment, and ensure pets have access to fresh water, appropriate exercise, and plenty of affection. I always follow owner instructions regarding feeding, medications, and routines. I am comfortable caring for senior pets, pets with special needs, and administering medications as directed. I pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, mobility, and overall well-being so that any concerns can be addressed promptly. About: I grew up taking care of animals and rescuing critters of all kinds. I worked for about a year at a doggy day care before I moved and also learned the basic skills of dog training. I have experience caring for puppies as well as senior dogs and can cater to their needs specifically. My house is the place where everyone feels comfortable dropping their dog(s) off while they are away. I conveniently live at the same place I work although I do not work from home. I am just minutes away from being able to check in on your pet throughout the day and let them out for potty breaks during my normal working hours of 7am -4pm with a half an hour lunch break. I am available for weekends as well as during the week. My husband and I are very active people and your dog will get plenty of exercise and enjoy the space we have to offer! I have a fenced in back yard with an outdoor camera as well as a pet camera inside the house so that I can check in on the pets at all times. We have limited steps and easy access to the fenced yard through a sliding glass window. If your pet is more comfortable in a crate and you provide one, I would be more than happy to crate them with breaks during the day and when we are home. We have two friendly dogs 25 lbs and 50 lbs as well as two cats who can be kept completely separate from your dog if that is an issue. We do also have chickens in a predator proof enclosed run that is in the backyard. I have administered shots for diabetic dogs as well as given subcutaneous fluids in emergency situations. Most weekends you will find us adventuring with the dogs in tow and we would be more than happy to take your dog along as well! If you’re more comfortable with a relaxed weekend at home we have plenty of access to local trails right at the house.
