“Malerie was fantastic! We came to Twin for the weekend from Washington. We contacted her on very short notice and she was more than accommodating! She was so friendly and it instantly showed that she had a true love for animals! She sent me multiple check-ins throughout the night (which as an overly protective dog mom, I really appreciated), lots of pictures, and followed all the instructions I had left her. She even let my pup cuddle up with her at night. She was very prompt with her communications as well. I could tell Arten had a good time as he was sad to leave. Somehow our little chihuahua injured her paw the day we were leaving and Kasi was very proactive with updates and checking in with how we felt about her injury. We didn’t end up having Kasi take her in to the vet but the fact that she was open to it made us so much more comfortable if things got worse. She also ran our lab a bunch and made sure he got the exercise he needed! Would definitely use Kasi and her husband Brandon again.”
