About: I've taken care of cats, dogs, and horses since I was 8. I trained our golden retriever and many cats throughout the years! Animals bring me so much joy, and I will love your fur babies like they're my own(: Your doggie will be staying downstairs which is separate from our cat! I'm at home for the fall and winter for a break from my college routine, so I will have plenty of time to carefully watch over and spend time with your dogs and cats! I have a fenced yard and a friendly golden retriever to keep your dog company if preferred. If your pup is nervous around others, the yard can easily be separated! Your dog can have plenty of room to play and rest with the downstairs and fenced yard to itself away from other animals if it likes!

I understand they are like fur children and taken care of when their parents are away. About: I grew up taking care of animals and rescuing critters of all kinds. I worked for about a year at a doggy day care before I moved and also learned the basic skills of dog training. I have experience caring for puppies as well as senior dogs and can cater to their needs specifically. My house is the place where everyone feels comfortable dropping their dog(s) off while they are away. I conveniently live at the same place I work although I do not work from home. I am just minutes away from being able to check in on your pet throughout the day and let them out for potty breaks during my normal working hours of 7am -4pm with a half an hour lunch break. I am available for weekends as well as during the week. My husband and I are very active people and your dog will get plenty of exercise and enjoy the space we have to offer! I have a fenced in back yard with an outdoor camera as well as a pet camera inside the house so that I can check in on the pets at all times. We have limited steps and easy access to the fenced yard through a sliding glass window. If your pet is more comfortable in a crate and you provide one, I would be more than happy to crate them with breaks during the day and when we are home. We have two friendly dogs 25 lbs and 50 lbs as well as two cats who can be kept completely separate from your dog if that is an issue. We do also have chickens in a predator proof enclosed run that is in the backyard. I have administered shots for diabetic dogs as well as given subcutaneous fluids in emergency situations. Most weekends you will find us adventuring with the dogs in tow and we would be more than happy to take your dog along as well! If you’re more comfortable with a relaxed weekend at home we have plenty of access to local trails right at the house.
