“There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Harmony and the care she gave our beloved toy poodle, Lucy. Lucy was a backyard breeding mom who had also been severely abused and was seized by Animal Control. As a result, she cannot stand to EVER be put into a crate. We rescued her 4 years ago and had never left her or been away from her overnight - she always sleeps in our bedroom with us, and is never left alone for more than an hour or so, and then very infrequently. To leave her for 2 nights was akin to sending one’s young child away to overnight camp for the first time; however, circumstances necessitated that we do so (but with great trepidation). Harmony was absolutely wonderful, sending me updates and pictures almost from the first hour we left Lucy, and until about 10:00 pm at night. She was in touch as soon as I let her know I was up the next morning. Lucy and I both had separation anxiety the first night we were gone, and Harmony ended up sleeping with Lucy under her chin! She took Lucy everywhere with her so that Lucy was never alone in unfamiliar surroundings. Harmony’s daughter was also amazing with Lucy, cuddling her on the couch and sleeping there with her the second night we were gone. At no time was I ever unable to get an update about and photos of Lucy. Should I ever need to leave Lucy again, Harmony is the ONLY one I would consider - more so than any family or friends, as she truly dedicates herself to the pet entrusted to her care. She is an amazing, loving caregiver and I was so very fortunate to have found her through Rover.”

About: I have taken care of pets in their home, in my home for the past 15 years and truly enjoy taking care of all pets. At the moment I am working on my Doctorate in occupational therapy and taking time off my professional job, so my schedule is very flexible! In the past I've taken care of animals in my home, in their home, just taken them for walks, I've just gone over for feeding (depending on the animal). I am also always willing to learn about a pet I haven't had exposure to. I am professionally a pediatric occupational therapist, so I'm pretty good with thinking quick on my feet,being flexible and learning new things.

“Kasey watched our pups for the weekend while my partner and I attended a wedding. Both our pups, and let’s be honest, ourselves, have separation anxiety, but Kasey put us all at ease. She was very attentive and interactive with our pups easing their anxiety. She sent us regular photos and updates of our fur babies of their various adventures, cuddles sessions, and tug of war matches reminding us they were in good hands. Our pups can be a handful, but Kasey did such a wonderful job with them. We will definitely use Kasey again in the future! :)”
