“This was my pups first time being with a sitter and he was very much in good hands. I got the impression he didn’t want to leave. Robin sent pictures and videos throughout his stay. She also accommodated my request for an extra night, which I throughly appreciated.”

“Theresa and her family took such good care of Arbie. Despite booking with short notice during the holidays, she was flexible with timing and maintained great communication throughout. She sent daily updates with pictures, which reassured us that our dog was comfortable and having a wonderful time. I highly recommend Theresa and will definitely book with her again.”

“Kyury and her husband, John, went above and beyond for our dog, Arty. From the meet-and-greet through the duration of Arty’s two-week stay, their attention to detail, passion, and genuine care were evident. They helped keep Arty comfortable and eased our concerns about his anxiety. They provided regular updates with photos and videos that did not just check a box but instead provided meaningful information. They were proactive when issues arose—adjusting his feeding when he wasn’t eating well and quickly addressing a rash by notifying us and consulting a vet. At one point, Kyury even fed Arty by hand. After Arty’s stay, Kyury reached out to check on Arty and see how his rash was doing. They truly care about the dogs they watch. We would absolutely use their services again. We (including Arty) were spoiled. They deserve your business.”

“Liz and Jeffrey took very good care of our dog while we were gone for 10 days. We received daily updates with pictures and our dog loved to play and hang out with their dogs. We will for sure be back for future dog sitting and maybe also some day care. Thanks a lot Liz and Jeffrey for taking good care of Mayla!”

“Ruby had a great time and got plenty of attention, playtime and outdoor activity during her stay. Many pictures and updates were shared to reassure us that things were going well during a multi-day stay.”

“Alex was very responsive and the dogs seemed to love staying at his house, running in the yard, and playing with Alex's dog Reese. He also sent a lot of pics which was really appreciated! Alex--thanks again for taking care of the twins!”

“Morgan did such an amazing job with my Orlee. She watched him for 12 days and it seems like Orlee had the best time. She was extremely responsive and made the process so easy for me. I felt great knowing Orlee was in such good hands while I was away. I would love to let Morgan watch Orlee again in the future.”

“Priscilla again took fantastic care of our dog. Our dog typically gets anxious and he just was so comfortable with Priscilla right away. He will be seeing Priscilla again 😊. Thank you!”

“Our dog Maizey had a great time with Felice, Ken et. al. Especially appreciate their flexibility in keeping Maizey an extra day due to the unexpected lengthening of my husband's hospital stay. Very friendly and caring folks!”

“Lorna is an amazing dogsitter. My 4 month old puppy was genuinely happy in her home for the five days she stayed. She enjoyed making some doggy friends. We will definitely use her services in the future.”

“We had to go out of town last minute and Jingru gracefully accepted our request to watch the dogs. We received multiple updates throughout their stay and they came home tired and happy. Highly recommend!”

“Ashley was amazing with Bingo and provided constant updates. She was very patient with him as it took him some time to get comfortable. Had some personal emergencies, so we had to extend Bingo’s stay, and she was very accommodating.”

“Taylor took such great care of our dog. She was a great communicator and sent wonderful pictures. We will definitely be using her again whenever we need a dog sitter.”

“Tiffany is a kind, responsible, and very thoughtful sitter. Great communication before and during the stay. I appreciate the lengths she went to in order to ensure that my pups were taken care of. Truly went above and beyond!”

“This was my first time using Rover and leaving my girl with someone other than family. I think I was more of a reck than she was lol. Amanda took great care of my girl. She sent daily pics and kept me updated on how she was doing. I will definitely be using her again. She really put my mind at ease and Lola seemed to have a good time. Thank you Amanda”

“Jasmine was great she took amazing care of our puppy Bella! Would definitely recommend her. She sent photos and kept us up to date on how Bella was doing constantly. Bella usually shy but she warmed right up to Jasmine when we dropped her off.”

“Brandon was so accommodating and kind when I needed a last minute sitter. He sent lots of pictures and updated me that Molly was doing well. Molly seemed like she had a blast playing with his dog and getting to run around in the backyard”

“Brittanie and Ryan took great care of our dog, Gunnar! They sent pictures of him every day. He was a happy dog. Their family was very welcoming and easy to work with. We would definitely use them again!”

About: Hi! I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have cared for all kinds of pets over the years. Growing up, my family always had dogs, so I learned early on how to handle everything from playful puppies to senior dogs who needed a little extra attention. As an adult, I’ve personally owned small caged pets and currently own 2 cats, giving me a well-rounded understanding of different animal personalities and care needs. I currently share my home with two adopted cats, each with their own unique story and background. With patience and care, I was able to successfully introduce them to each other despite their age difference and differing temperaments—it was so rewarding and relieving to see them become friends! I understand that every pet is unique and deserves compassionate, individualized care, and I treat every animal I meet like one of my own. I currently work a full time job with the military during the week, but am home early in the afternoon to provide care, comfort, and cuddles to my furry friends and yours! I have a spacious apartment with lots of toys and 2 friendly cats to keep tour furry friend company. Walking around my neighborhood is a breeze with pet pickup spots along the way and a safe environment for walks no matter what time.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hanover
I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Kyury. She was very attentive and communicative. Her location also has a lot of good walking areas for plenty of walking. I could tell Kyury loves animals and wants to do her best to provide pets with the most comfortable, enjoyable time while their parents are away!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Leaving our newly adopted fur babies for the first time was incredibly nerve wracking, but from the moment I met Alejandra, I knew they were in the best hands. She treated them like they were her own, giving them so much love, patience and attention while keeping us updated with photos and messages that gave us complete peace of mind. It was obvious our pups felt safe, comfortable and truly cared for. Coming home to 2 happy, relaxed dogs meant everything to us. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care she provided and will absolutely be booking with her again. If you’re looking for someone who will love your pets as much as you do, look no further. Alejandra is simply amazing! ❤️🐾

Richa was an amazing sitter for my dogs while I was out of town. I always get nervous to leave them with anyone, but Richa put me at ease and was very accommodating to my concerns and the dogs' schedules and needs. She was also great with communication, sending me updates and asking questions. Richa even took my dogs on walks and an adventure to see the cherry blossom trees. Cannot thank her enough. Would book again. Thanks Richa!

Andrea was great! Leaving my baby was not easy. However, not only did Andrea console me and reassured me that everything would be fine, she sent multiple pictures and provided daily check-ins. One of the pictures, Delilah looked like she was smiling. Lol. This helped me to enjoy my trip with no worries. I absolutely recommend Andrea and will definitely book her in the near future.

Justin was amazing! He took such great care of Zoie and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. He sent regular updates and photos, and it was clear that Zoie was happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Justin and will definitely book with him again!
