Über: I often take care of my brother’s and friends’ dogs whenever they need help, so I’ve had a lot of experience being around and caring for dogs. I really enjoy spending time with them — going on walks, playing, giving them attention, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I don’t have a dog of my own yet because I don’t have as much space as I would want for one right now. That doesn’t mean I don’t love dogs — actually, it’s the opposite. I care about them so much that I want to wait until I can give a dog the space, time, and life they truly deserve. Until then, I’m always happy to care for other people’s dogs with lots of love and attention. Currently I am working part time so I have time for taking care of your lovely ones. I am very flexible about times that your lovely ones need. I’ll make sure your lovely dog gets nice walks in beautiful nature areas, and if we’re walking in the city or near streets, I’ll always be very careful about traffic and anything that could hurt them, like broken glass or unsafe areas. Your dog’s safety and happiness will always come first for me.

Über: Die Arbeit mit Hunden ist ein fester Bestandteil meines Lebens. Ich habe bereits ehrenamtlich im Tierheim gearbeitet, dazu bin ich derzeit ehrenamtlich mit meinem Hund in einer Rettungshundestaffel. Ich fahre mit meinem Hund auf viele Seminare, die alle Bereiche rund um den Hund abdecken. Ich beschäftige mich viel mit der Körpersprache und den Verhaltensweisen der Hunde. Die Erfahrung mit Hunden bringe ich also auf jeden Fall mit. Ich arbeite im Schichtdienst, also bin ich vielleicht bin ich die perfekte Person für Menschen die ebenfalls im Schichtdienst arbeiten und der Schichtplan sich nicht überschneidet. Ich bin sehr flexibel und kann vielleicht an Tagen an denen sonst nur selten jemand kann. Mit Absprachen ist alles möglich. Ich habe eine Wohnung mit Garten, diese wird aber mehr als Ruhe Ort genutzt. Action gibt es draußen genug; angepasste Spaziergänge, abwechslungsreiche Orte, spaßige Aktivitäten. Je nachdem was für ein Charakter zu uns kommt wird die Betreuung angepasst. Einzige Voraussetzung ist das sich mein Hund und dein Hund verstehen.

Über: I have taken care of more than 80 pets in Berlin, Hannover and Leipzig. I update the owner`s on a regular basis through photos and videos. I am available for petsitting in East Germany I am studying online so I am almost home most of the time especially during the weekend unless I have to bring groceries or attend meetings. I care for them only in the owner`s home so I ask in the beginning about all the house rules. Moreover, I never leave the balcony or the windows open when I am out. Same goes for outdoor cats. I make sure they get inside before I leave.

Über: Ich hatte schon seit dem ich auf der Welt bin immer Tiere bei mir zuhause zum Beispiel bis zu meinem 10 Lebensjahr hatte ich 2 Katzen und 2 Hasen um die ich mich jeden Tag gekümmert habe, jetzt habe ich zurzeit einen eigenen Hund. Haustiere zu haben ist wundervoll da man jeden Tag von ihnen begrüßt wird und man so sich jeden Tag auf etwas freuen kann. Außerdem habe ich es schon immer geliebt mit meinen Freunden oder meiner Familie und ihren Haustieren zu spiele oder mit ihnen Gassi zu gehen oder auch einfach nur zu kuscheln. Ich mache gerade mein Abitur und bin deshalb bis ca.15:30 Uhr immer in der Schule jedoch habe ich manchmal ausfall und habe somit mehr freizeit. Am Wochende habe ich immer genug Zeit und wenn mal mehr zu tuhen ist bin ich sehr flexibel. In den Ferien habe ich die meiste Zeit frei. Ich habe einen eingezäunten Garten viel Hundespielzeug und viele große Felder bei mir in der Nähe,ich habe außerdem ein Auto und kann somit überall mit ihrem Hunden (Haustieren) hinfahren. Außerdem befindet sich bei mir in der Nähe gleich ein Tierarzt wie auch viel Seen und viel Natur wo ihr Hund (Haustiere) viel auslauf bekommt.

Über: Seit ich denken kann, habe ich meiner Oma beim Hundesitten tatkräftig unterstützt. Durch meinen Ex habe ich bereits Erfahrungen mit größeren Hunden gemacht und liebe es mit ihnen spazieren zu gehen. Ich habe sowohl Erfahrungen mit kleineren als auch mit größeren Hunden. Bei meiner Oma habe ich einen älteren Hund gepflegt, kenne mich aber auch mit jüngeren Hunden aus. Ich selbst besitze auch zwei Katzen und bin mit diesen auch groß geworden, weswegen mir die Katzenbetreuung einfach von der Hand geht. Sowohl hier, als auch bei Hunden, habe ich Erfahrungen mit Medikamenten verabreichen. Neben der Uni arbeite ich in Berlin und kann deshalb unter der Woche viel in Berlin sitten. Gerade in den Semesterferien habe ich viel Zeit, um mich um andere Tiere zu kümmern. Leider kann ich deinen Hund oder Katze nicht bei mir zu Hause betreuen, aber in deiner Wohnung kann ich das ganz gut :) je nachdem wie oft ihr normalerweise am Tag mit eurem Hund geht, kann ich das übernehmen.

When it comes to walks and feeding I understand the importance of routine and try my best to follow the same schedule set in the pets home so they feel more comfortable. Similar when it comes to play time or training, if specifics are mentioned I usually try to upkeep during the boarding. As I have had experience with both WAG and THS I understand that details are important and every animal is different. From the start it is important that communication and the expectations for sitter are established. I like to make sure to be prepared and read all the details the owner states in the profile before confirming.
