“Outstanding care for my beloved doggie Noodle! Yen made sure to send updates with pictures and videos during daycare and boarding, made sure Noodle gets exercise, lots of attention and fun time. Yen lives in a house with lovely garden and Noodle had a great time with their own dogs. Even when there was some friction Yen was always in touch and everything got resolved fast. I recommend Yen for everyone who wants to make sure their pet is in good hands while they are away. Will come back with my Noodle 100%!”

Über: I’m from Brazil and grew up in a home full of animals like rabbits, chickens, dogs, cats and rats. I’ve been around pets my whole life, and caring for them has always been something natural for me. Now I live in Berlin and I really miss having the company of animals in my daily life. At the moment, I’m just studying at home so I can give all the attention, care, and love they deserve I study at home and I’m not working at the moment, so I have plenty of free time to give my full attention to your pet I live next to a big park with a lake and lots of trees, perfect for walks and playing in nature. I don’t have any other pets at home, so your pet will get all my love

Über: How to put into words what pets mean for me? I've loved animals in general since I can recall. My uncle used to have a farm and I learned how to understand them and take care of them since I was a toddler. I became vegan at the age of 13, and I had my first baby dog (Nox is his name) at the age of 16 (it took all that time for my parents to accept it, because they were very aware of the commitment you need in order to have a pet/baby and they wanted me to be old enough as to take full responsibility). Since then, I've learned so much. Nox tought me so many things that I doubt I will ever be able to put the whole knowledge into text. I learned how to understand dogs and what they need, what they want and don't want. I am able to meet their needs at the highest standard, even when what they need/want is not what I want (sometimes I want to cuddle so hard, but not all dogs are cuddlers and that's ok!) I've learned how to train them (even though I am not a professional, I can definitely help if they are in the process of learning something). I've learned how to take care of them when they are ill. I know how to give them real food if the processed one is not the owners/parents choice. And for me, being with dogs is theurapetic. At the age of 21 I had my first 2 cats (siblings) and that revolutioned my world. One year later, I adopted another one. Cats are so different than dogs, so unique and special. I cannot say I know how to train them because it would be a lie, but I can definitely say that I know how to be trained by them! When I moved to Berlin, I made the hard decision of leaving my babies with my family. They were old and not used to travelling nor being alone, and my lifestyle was going to be way too unstable and stressful for them. For that reason, I started babysitting, mostly for friends and friends of friends. I am happily working from home and I am lucky enough as to live in a beautiful area, away from noise and the city, that allow me to have a huge (really really huge) park to walk and play with them as many times a day as necessary. With me, they will never be alone (not even when going to the supermarket, since my partner is also here and we take turns for doing so). I never leave pets outside of stores either, no matter how safe the place looks or if they don't get stressed, because I get stressed myself! I follow the way of care that the owner tells me. If it's for me, pets are kings and queens in my place and they rule it. They can be on furniture and on beds. I can give them a bath if they are too dirty (and only if the owner/parent allows me to, with their special requests), and even if not, they can still do what they want. The area where I live is very quiet, away from commercial areas and noise, and I have enormous parks/forests where I can walk for hours. Behind my flat is also a huge garden that is not fenced but it's bigger than a normal park, so they can run and play for half a kilometre without worrying about cars. Nevertheless, I would never take a dog without a leash if the owner doesn't allow me to. I provide as many updates as required, with videos, photos, and descriptions.
