I can’t have a dog of my own right now, and I miss that daily joy of walks, cuddles, and companionship - so I joined Rover to help other pet owners while doing what I love most. Every dog I meet gets the same care, patience, and affection I gave to mine 💛 I work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I usually take a mid-day coffee walk to reset - smiling at every dog I pass along the way. That’s actually what inspired me to join Rover: to see if I can turn something that brings me so much joy into something helpful for both pets and their humans. I’m usually very flexible on weekends, too. I’m quite active and do regular strength training and running, so I have no problem handling bigger dogs on a leash if needed. I’m not afraid of bites if it means keeping your dog protected. I also love carrying treats (approved by you, of course!) to help your pup feel cared for and seen during our time together.

Über: For over 13years I shared life with my rescue dig Galgo. We adapted her to love and soft care, after coming from a mistreated environment; in this way rescued dogs are challenging. It took her over two years to settle into her new home, where she thrived until her last days as a senior dog. My routine ensured her best days, full of cuddles, love and the discipline needed to have a balanced life. We came across a lot of friends, dogs, cats, and of course — humans. We opened our home to them, and gave them space too when they needed it. I live in a place full of green space, the type that is safe for dogs to enjoy and be outside. I have experience with small and big dogs alike in many different situations. Safety is top priority for me, so keeping the dog’s routines is used to and meeting their needs to feel good is my top concern. I work 24h a week, mainly from home. I only spend a few hours at the office, my week is very flexible and free to spend free time. There is al lot of green spaces around my place, dog friendly, my neighbors are very aware of the dogs and there is a dog community that we can join if is needed it to socialize with other dogs, it’s a very quiet area free of noise, family friendly. My apartment is 60m2 with a balcony in the first floor, no need to climb up and downstairs. The dog/ cat could be in all the areas in the apartment. Specific rules will apply when the owner request it to maintain the animal routine.

“Jeanette ist eine wundervolle Hundesitterin, kompetent und tierlieb. Wir waren eine Woche im Urlaub und haben unseren kleinen Malteser bei Jeanette gelassen. Während dieser Zeit wurde unser Hund liebevoll umsorgt und genoss trotz Jeanettes Erkältung zwei- bis dreimal täglich lange Spaziergänge. Jeanette hielt uns stets auf dem Laufenden und schickte regelmäßig Updates und Fotos. “Lucy war absolut wunderbar mit unseren beiden älteren Katzen! Wir haben sie kurzfristig gebucht, nachdem unsere vorherige Katzensitterin abgesagt hatte, und sie war unglaublich freundlich, zuverlässig und bereit, sich so kurzfristig um unsere beiden pelzigen „Kinder“ zu kümmern. Leider war die Betreuung mit einigen unerwarteten Herausforderungen verbunden. Eine unserer Katzen leidet an chronischer IBD, die zu schweren und unvorhersehbaren Schüben führen kann. Lucy hat all das großartig gemeistert. Sie hat die zusätzliche Arbeit ohne zu zögern übernommen, uns nach mehreren kleinen „Unfällen“ der Katze sogar beim Saubermachen geholfen, die Medikamente genau nach unseren Anweisungen verabreicht und unserer Katze zusätzlich ganz viel Liebe und Kuscheleinheiten geschenkt. Ich kann gar nicht genug ausdrücken, wie dankbar ich für die liebevolle Betreuung bin. Dank Lucys Aufmerksamkeit wurden die Medikamente rechtzeitig gegeben und der Zustand unserer Katze hat sich nicht weiter verschlechtert. Normalerweise muss sie zum Tierarzt, wenn ein Schub nicht rechtzeitig behandelt wird – glücklicherweise war das dieses Mal nicht nötig. 🙏🏻❤️ Als wunderbaren Bonus hat Lucy uns regelmäßig über das Befinden beider Katzen auf dem Laufenden gehalten und sogar unsere Blumen gegossen, während wir weg waren. Ich kann Lucy als Katzensitterin von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Ihr könnt euch darauf verlassen, dass eure Haustiere – und auch euer Zuhause – während eurer Abwesenheit in besten Händen sind. Wir kamen nach Hause und fanden zwei glückliche Katzen, ein sauberes Zuhause und überhaupt kein Chaos vor. Vielen Dank, liebe Lucy! ❤️”

I can flexibly adjust my pet-sitting hours to meet the owner's needs, whether it's on a weekday or a weekend. My place is a two-story apartment. It's a great space for cats, but the indoor area might be a bit small for a dog. However, there's a communal garden downstairs, and I will take your dog out at least twice a day. Additionally, there are many parks nearby that are perfect for dogs to run and play in.

Über: Hallo ich liebe Tiere überalles und bin mit Hunden & Katzen hauptsächlich groß geworden. Mein Wunsch war es seit klein auf mich um Tiere zu kümmern und sie zu begleiten um ihnen ein schönes Leben zu bereiten. Denn nicht nur wir Menschen haben ein schönes Leben verdient ,sondern auch unsere Tiere die uns jeden Tag begleiten. Ich habe auch keine Probleme mit Chaoten, denn jeder von uns hat ein wenig Chaos in sich. Ich habe regelmäßig die Haustiere von Nachbarn, Freunden und Familienmitgliedern Gassi geführt, gefüttert und gebadet und weiß somit wie man mit allem klar kommt. Da ich zur Zeit zu Hause bin, passt es super in meinen Ablauf. Ich bin also rund um die Uhr für Ihrem Liebling da und kann mich gut um ihn kümmern. Ich habe ein haus mit grossen Garten. Der Zaun ist hoch genug und auch für kleine Tiere geeignet damit nichts entwischt. Alle giftige unkraute wurden sorgfältig entfernt so wie alle gefahren aus dem weg geräumt.

I am generally available on both weekdays and weekends, with morning, afternoon, or evening visits possible depending on the day. I plan my bookings carefully so that I can spend proper time with each cat rather than rushing through basic tasks. When caring for a cat in their own home, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully and maintain the cat’s usual feeding, cleaning, play, and resting routines. I pay close attention when entering and leaving the home and always check that doors, windows, and balconies are secure. I never force interaction. Instead, I observe the cat’s body language and allow them to approach me at their own pace. During each visit, I monitor their appetite, water intake, litter-box use, behaviour, and general condition. If I notice anything unusual, I will contact you promptly and prioritise your cat’s safety and welfare. I also send regular photos, videos, and updates, so you always know how your cat is doing while you are away. I treat both your pet and your home respectfully and leave everything clean, secure, and in the condition in which I found it.

Über: For over 13years I shared life with my rescue dig Galgo. We adapted her to love and soft care, after coming from a mistreated environment; in this way rescued dogs are challenging. It took her over two years to settle into her new home, where she thrived until her last days as a senior dog. My routine ensured her best days, full of cuddles, love and the discipline needed to have a balanced life. We came across a lot of friends, dogs, cats, and of course — humans. We opened our home to them, and gave them space too when they needed it. I live in a place full of green space, the type that is safe for dogs to enjoy and be outside. I have experience with small and big dogs alike in many different situations. Safety is top priority for me, so keeping the dog’s routines is used to and meeting their needs to feel good is my top concern. I work 24h a week, mainly from home. I only spend a few hours at the office, my week is very flexible and free to spend free time. There is al lot of green spaces around my place, dog friendly, my neighbors are very aware of the dogs and there is a dog community that we can join if is needed it to socialize with other dogs, it’s a very quiet area free of noise, family friendly. My apartment is 60m2 with a balcony in the first floor, no need to climb up and downstairs. The dog/ cat could be in all the areas in the apartment. Specific rules will apply when the owner request it to maintain the animal routine.

Während dieser Zeit wurde unser Hund liebevoll umsorgt und genoss trotz Jeanettes Erkältung zwei- bis dreimal täglich lange Spaziergänge.
