asked a question | When you review your stay with a pet as a sitter does the pet parent see the review? Hello, I had a dog that caused me a little bit of trouble stay with me. I would like to be completely honest when I review him. When you leave a pet a review does the pet parent see the review as well or only other http://Rover.com sitters? If someone could clarify, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you, -Christine |

asked a question | Where do I direct a customer to where they can leave a review from a confirmed stay? Hello, I have a client who is trying to rebook and I asked her if she could please give me a review from her previous stay. She is new to Rover and is not able to find a way to leave me a review. Does anyone know a way to direct her to where she can do this? I think Rover sends out an email after the stay with a link to this, right? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, -Christine C |

asked a question | Can you give out your coupon code at meet and greets? Hello, Can you give out your coupon code to new customers that are brand new to Rover platform during a meet and greet? I know you cannot send the code through a message, so I was just curious if you can still tell them the code at a M&G even if they found you from searching Rover? Please let me know. Thank you, -Christine C |
commented answer | Do you show up as unavabialble when you have reached your dog limit? Thank you for your answer. I have a much higher limit of dogs a night. I just do not want to be overwhelmed this weekend for the holidays and I hate turning people away so I wanted to make sure I would automatically show up as unavailable oncee I hit my limit. Thank you for your answer. |

asked a question | Do you show up as unavabialble when you have reached your dog limit? Hello, I was wondering if you automatically show up as unavailable when you hit your dog limit? Or if you should set yourself as unavailable when you have other dogs staying at your house? Thank you, -Christine C |

asked a question | How do you become a member of the Rover Pack? Hello, I have heard of Rover pack but I am not that familiar with it. How do you become a member? Thank you, -Christy C |
answered a question | When do owners pay? The customer pays the full amount shown in your stay details up front. I would not accept a dog unless the stay is paid for prior to drop off just to make sure you are both covered by Rover's Insurance. The amount you see is the amount the customer will pay for the stay, your pending rover balance is the amount you will actually make off of that stay after the Rover fees are deducted. You will receive payment in your Rover Account 48 after completion of the stay. |
commented answer | Are you allowed to give out your coupon code to customers that contact you directly through Rover? I tried to message it to my client too and it would not let me. I am certain they are new to the Rover platform too, so I am still just a little confused. |
commented answer | Are you allowed to give out your coupon code to customers that contact you directly through Rover? I understand that is it for first time customers. What if someone who has never used Rover before reaches out to me for a stay request? How am I suppose to give them my coupon code? It does not allow me to send it via message. |

asked a question | Are you allowed to give out your coupon code to customers that contact you directly through Rover? I am a new Rover sitter. I remember reading somewhere that you could give out your coupon code - but not to people who were already a customer. I am a little confused by this. If someone reaches out to me on a message through Rover, are you allowed to share your coupon code at that point or are they already considered a customer by the time they reach out to you? If anyone could clarify, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you! -Christine Crossman |
