Where do I direct a customer to where they can leave a review from a confirmed stay?

Hello,

I have a client who is trying to rebook and I asked her if she could please give me a review from her previous stay. She is new to Rover and is not able to find a way to leave me a review. Does anyone know a way to direct her to where she can do this? I think Rover sends out an email after the stay with a link to this, right? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Rover sends out an email, but in case it got lost, the attached link shows the steps for the client. https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

Was her first stay with you booked through Rover.com? If not, she cannot leave a review for you. She can, however, leave a recommendation. You may have to ask Rover for that link again - you received it when you first signed up.
