Can I send a video to the dog owner?

I took some great videos of the dog I'm sitting for. Is there a way to upload them so his "parents" can view? It's only 30 seconds long.

As a sitter, I also make sure to talk with the client about how they prefer to be notified of their dog's day. Many clients I've had (especially Seniors), aren't technology saavy, and prefer a phone call, etc. I make sure to tell them that I will happily call them to let them know how the dog is doing. I learned the hard way that sitters should ALSO make sure to send updates through the http://Rover.com website, as it affects your search rankings greatly if you do not.

You can't add them to your stay photos on Rover. What I did was make a Facebook page for my business and I upload them there. I also use instagram to share pictures with a hashtag for my stay photos. I tend to update the instagram more in real time, and then I can update the Rover stay photos and Facebook pages when I get a chance to back up my phone pics to my computer.

Hey Laura. Are you using any of the Rover hashtags on your Instagram pics? Use #Roverdotcom and #RoverSitter if you're not already :)

Yep! Using those, also, as well as tagging @roverdotcom. I just use my own (#citydogsdogsitting) to archive all my instagrammed stay photos in one place so people don't have to scroll through my entire account to find them.

You can now send them through the app!

How do you send the videos through the app?

I have a Facebook page that I upload videos of the pets I am hosting. I often do not have time to connect to the Rover app to film within their system so wind up recording straight to my phone. This also drives my clients to support my Facebook page and become interactive there as well.
