Is there a way to reach out to owners and book with their dog?

Hello I notice owners can request us but is there a way for sitters to search for owners and request their dog? I would like to look through a list and find a good fit with a dog to get myself booked.

No, Rover doesn't work that way. Owners look for sitters and may contact several in order to find one that meets their needs.
