anyone's pictures to clients thru the app coming in sideways?

This is a VERY strange occurrence! I have changed NOTHING with my Android phone. Everything is 100% up to date. My current boarding, however has pics of the pup coming through sideways! The orientation if my camera on my phone is ALSO 100% fine. Everywhere else the pics I take are completely fine. I am waiting for Rover cust service to call me back, as they had to escalate it to their tech help. But I figured I'd run it by anyone who happens to view this on the web platform........Thank you for any help!
