Is it common for pressure to book, then they keep postponing the meet and then cancel you ?

I have been interviewing for dates in July. I emailed Sandra several times, we set up meet dates after she pressured me to pay and book her. Then she rescheduled that from Sat 6-4 to today 6-6 at 530 pm then all i get is a cancellation saying she booked other.

Is this normal? I find it very disrespectful and rude. And what happens when they cancel on me the last moment before i am to leave and then leave me hanging?

And is there a way for me to make a review stating this?
